Cat urine has a very distinctive smell and if your cat starts to pee around the house you will quickly become aware of the smell. In summary the problem can be broken down into two parts, firstly you need to discover the cause in your cat’s change of habit. Having identified the cause whether it be clinical or social you need to take the necessary action to resolve the problem. Secondly you need to treat the area as quickly as possible to remove the lingering smell.
