white vinegar or baking soda..
use HOT water.. mix either of the two .. above.. depending on the strength of the odor.. use accordingly.. i usually dump an entire box of baking soda in a bucket of hot water when they spray my sun room.. i have a ferrel cat outside that sprays our windows.. nasty lil bug.. .. also if you put white vinegar in a spray bottle with water.. that'll work too..
its amazing how well white vinegar works!!!!

Neuter your cat! It will stop spraying, but if it doesnt stop then at least the odour will be alot less. Adult cats that started spraying rarely stop after neutering…

You need a 'biological' cleanser – which sounds like it would be hard to come by but in fact most laundry detergents are biological. If my dog pees in the house ( male dog pee stinks as bad as cat pee!) I soak up the wee with a paper towel and i have a 'squirty bottle' with about a 50/50 solution of laundry detergent in it, which I just soak the pee patch with. Rub it in a bit with a good paper towel and leave it till it's nearly dry, then take a moist cloth ( just water) and give the area a quick once over. If you don't go over the area with the water at the end, you'll end up with a 'tide' mark at the edge of the patch. Sounds complicated but really does the job and doesn't require anything you won't already have in your house already! If you don't have an old 'squirty' bottle to put the solution in then you can just do it from a bowl, the other way is just easier and you can store the solution for the next time!!

A thorough scrubbing with the strongest possible laundry detergen and Clorox if it will not damage the fabric or carpet. If (after trying a tiny test spot ) you cannot use Clorox, the do two or 3 scrubs with a vinegar rins in between. In any case, try vinegar after the wash.
